Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: Cancel/reschedule at least 3 days prior to session to avoid tuition fees. No-shows without prior notice incur full fee. Penalty fee applies to appointment changes made within 3 days of the appointment date Late arrival: Late students get no extra time. Late tutors extend the lesson by same amount of time they were late. No-show policy: Students must be present on time for their tutoring session. Being late or not showing up will result in the student being responsible for payment without any refunds or discounts. Pay-per-session clients must pay for the missed session and the following one to continue tutoring. Refund policy : No refunds are applicable for classes.
